All items are presented for inspection and are sold in an "as is-where is condition" No claim may be made by the buyer relating to the condition or use of articles purchased.
Ironwood will make every effort to disclose condition in our description and any related information supplied to us by the consignor as well as posting photos for viewing.
On all the items we sell, we rely on the information supplied to us by the consignor, but the ultimate responsibility when bidding on an item is the bidder's, which is why we strongly encourage bidders to inspect the items at our auction previews set at designated times.

By bidding, a person is showing he/she has read the conditions of the sale and accepts his/her bid to be a legal and binding contract between Ironwood Trading Co, LLC and that bidder.
By placing a bid, a bidder has accepted the payment and pick up times posted for the sale in which they are bidding. In the event of non-payment the bidder agrees that the invoice amount will be charged to the credit card on file with bidder's registration. Rental and moving charges if applicable will be incurred and after 10 days the item will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be placed in a future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Owner and Auctioneer harmless from and against all claims and liabilities relating to the condition or use of the articles purchased or failure of user to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations of the manufacturer or to comply with federal, state, and local laws applicable to such articles, including OSHA requirements, or for consequential damages, costs or legal expenses that may arise. Customer shall indemnify Ironwood Trading ,LLC, it's owners, employees against any claims , damages or liability as a result of any injury or other harm suffered by any person concerning the sale whether before, during, or after. Buyer does not hold Ironwood Trading Company, LLC or its employees liable for accidents, injury, theft or anything relating to the sale.
Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to persons and property and specifically release the auctioneer and his principal from liability thereof, neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.
In any dispute, the auctioneer's decision shall be final and absolute. A tie bid in an online auction’s last second goes to the bid the computer logged first.
All descriptions of items are understood to be correct. Neither Ironwood nor its consignors will be held responsible for accidental misinformation concerning authenticity, description of provenance, originality, possible geographical or cultural origins or age etc. Every attempt is made to acquire pertinent information and description. Some info is supplied by the seller. Final decision is made by the buyer with his/her due diligence in acquiring his/her own information in making the decision to bid.
By sending Ironwood any photos, you are giving Ironwood permission of use in the marketing and selling of your items on our website.
We will place very few items on reserve bid which means an item will not be considered sold until the reserved price has been realized through bidding.
The auctioneer, its affiliates and employees, consignors and heirs of estates being sold reserve the right to bid on and buy any items offered in our auctions.
A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all invoices. There will be a 5% discount given for cash payment. Ironwood accepts Visa, MasterCard, and cash payment. No items shall be removed before payment. We cannot accept personal checks or cashiers checks.
